THRIVE! is a formal mentoring program that fosters the
professional development of women at every stage of their career. The mentoring
relationship provides a safe environment for women to focus on specific areas
of personal and professional growth tailored to their individual needs. Participants will receive guidance in creating
a personalized action plan for growth and development.
Mentees are matched with a professional woman whose
strengths and experiences are in line with their needs. Mentors are typically not from within
the same industry, unless requested.
To apply: THRIVE! is for Women’s Network members only and is included
as a membership benefit starting at the VIP individual level (Silver and Bronze
business members receive a discounted fee of $100 per participant). There is no
cost to be a mentor and participants may serve as both mentors and mentees.
Applications for mentors and mentees are accepted in July-August each year. Mentor and mentee pairings are announced in September and are based
on background, experiences and needs.
