Leveraging & Managing Talent                                           

Women's Network is pleased to once again offer this popular four-session series focused on developing managerial skills. 

Many of us are promoted into supervisory roles based our technical skills, our work ethic, or our past performance, but we never receive training on how to effectively manage and lead others. Add to that the generational and gender issues of today's workplace, and the role can become even more challenging and stressful. 

Whether you are a seasoned or aspiring manager, Leveraging & Managing Talent, will give you tools to successfully navigate the more challenging aspects of managing and leading others. This includes how to give appropriate feedback to employees, as well as motivate and coach them into an engaged and effective team. This training opportunity is an investment in YOU, but your employees and workplace will benefit greatly! 

The four-workshop series will be led by Cindy Biggs, CPCC, ACC, president, C. Biggs and Associates.
