for all the participants in the 2015-2016 THRIVE! Mentoring program.
We will kick off the meeting with a networking buffet breakfast followed by:
-Review the role of mentors/mentees
-Create your communication plan
-Work on your action plan as a pairing /group
-Review the GROW coaching conversation model while watching a sample mentor/coaching session
